  • We can provide one or two cleaners depending on your need.

  • It’s your decision if you would like to stay or leave, although we highly recommend to schedule cleaning when you are not at home, this will allow the cleaners to freely work without any interruption or concern for the safety of clients. If you are not home we can make arrangements in advance for access.

  • Yes, we can provide you with chemical free, steam sanitation at additional cost.

  • Yes, but we need notice and it will be based on availability.

  • Yes, we will be glad to provide you with references, our satisfied clients can attest to our meticulous work.

  • We provide all the equipment and supplies, but if you prefer using your own just let us know.

  • Yes, we love dogs, cats and any other pets, as long as they are not aggressive and not interrupting our work.

  • We love mother earth and try to preserve it as much as we can, if you prefer using green products please let us know and we can discuss.

  • Clients who use us regularly will enjoy a different rate than our posted one.

  • Yes, We are fully licensed and insured in the province of Ontario.

IMPORTANT INFO/ PRICING:

  • Residential Cleaning (Standard) starts at $150 for bachelor / 1 bedroom apartments, with a maximum of 4 hours for one cleaner or 2 hours for 2 cleaners. Additional hours will be billed at $37 an hour per cleaner.

  • Cleaners will not move any furniture due to the risk of damage to furniture/floor and risk of injury to our team.

  • We can not clean anything that is not reachable with a two-step ladder or with our extendable duster. Many homes will have at least one light fixture, ledge or ceiling fan that is not within our reach.

  • Blinds are dusted with a duster only and will NOT be hand wiped. Hand wiping of heavily stained blinds is available at an extra fee.
